What to know before buying a SKMEI watch from Utopia Store in Egypt.

Are the watches original?

We supply original SKMEI watches through the authorized distribution network in Egypt. Check the model and color on the product page or contact us for help.

How long does delivery take?

Order preparation and delivery normally take 48–96 hours from confirmation. Shipping is free on orders from EGP 599. Charges for smaller orders appear before checkout. See our shipping policy.

Can I pay on delivery?

Yes. Select cash on delivery at checkout and check your phone number, address, model and color before confirming.

Can I open the parcel before paying?

Opening the parcel before payment to the courier is not available. If an item is incorrect or defective, contact us with your order number under our return policy.

What packaging is available?

A brown carton is free. A hard gift carton with SKMEI bag or a black and red SKMEI box costs EGP 29 per box. Choose packaging on the watch page; it is added with the watch when you press Add to cart.

Can I swim with my watch?

Water resistance varies by model and manufacturer instructions. A pressure rating is not a safe diving depth. Check the model specifications, avoid hot water and do not operate buttons underwater.

How do I choose a size or replacement strap?

Check the listed dimensions where available. Send us the model number to confirm strap compatibility rather than relying on appearance alone.

How do I get after-sales help?
