Exchange policy

Exchanges within 14 days of purchase

Customers may exchange a product within 14 days of the purchase date if it has a manufacturing defect.

How to request an exchange

Contact us with your order number or proof of purchase and a description of the manufacturing defect on WhatsApp 01033970090 or utopiastoreofficial@gmail.com to arrange inspection and follow up on your exchange request.

Manufacturing defects are not treated as damage caused by use. Opening the packaging for inspection alone does not remove your rights.

Delivery and warranty

Opening parcels before payment to the courier is unavailable. This does not affect your rights after receipt. The exchange period is separate from the watch warranty; product warranty terms apply independently.

This policy does not limit any rights provided by Egyptian consumer protection law.
