Exchange / Return Policy

Products can be returned or exchanged for manufacturing defects within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

Conditions:

• The item must be in its full packaging and in the same original condition as purchased.

• An invoice or the order number for the product must be provided.

Important Notes:

• Returned products must be handled with care, unused, and kept in their original condition with tags and original packaging.

• We do not accept returns of products that have been used, worn, or damaged in any way.

• The company is not responsible for any damages or losses that occur to the product while in your possession. In such cases, we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange request.

• The package cannot be opened or returned directly to the courier at the door. If there is an issue, you can follow our return policy.

• In case of receiving an incorrect product, the company will cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer will bear the shipping fees for exchanges or returns.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
